A private ritual for letting go
The Cleanse is a planned future feature for taeilcommunity.org and the wider T.A.E.I.L. community layer. It is being designed as a strictly private release ritual: a way for a person to set down words, thoughts, anger, grief, or regret they are ready to let go of, on their own terms and in their own time.
The Cleanse is strictly private and non-social. There is no public posting, sharing, comments, reactions, followers, or feed of any kind attached to it, now or in its planned future design.
Who may eventually participate
The Cleanse is intended for verified adult Users and verified adult Members in good standing. It is not intended for Visitors browsing the public site, and any future access framework for minors would require its own dedicated child-safeguarding, consent, privacy, and legal design before it could ever be considered.
Several possible future release directions have been discussed — described internally as Void, Pyre, Ocean, The Toilet, and Armageddon — each a different symbolic way a person might choose to let something go. All of these remain concepts only, subject to further design, accessibility, safeguarding, legal, and technical review before any of them could be built.
What The Cleanse is not
- It is not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment of any kind.
- It is not a crisis line, an emergency service, or a welfare-check guarantee.
- It is not a guarantee of emotional relief or resolution.
- It does not promise guaranteed, permanent, or unrecoverable deletion of anything a person writes or releases.
- It is not a public or social feature of any kind — nothing shared through it will ever be posted, shown to other members, or added to a feed.
What is not available yet
T.A.E.I.L. is currently in a pre-incorporation, pre-launch build phase. To avoid any confusion, none of the following exist today:
- No text-entry field, letter, or note-writing tool of any kind
- No release animation, transition, or interactive release experience
- No account, login, or storage system tied to The Cleanse
- No “start,” “begin,” or “release now” control anywhere on this page or elsewhere on the site
These systems will remain inactive until full Canadian federal non-profit incorporation, independent safeguarding review, privacy impact assessment, and technical security testing are complete.
