A future way for verified Members to be heard on the direction of T.A.E.I.L. — taken seriously, without becoming a vote, a ballot, or a governance mechanism.
A way to be heard
The Members’ Voice is T.A.E.I.L.’s future Member feedback feature. It is being planned as a channel through which verified adult Members in good standing can share their perspective on T.A.E.I.L.’s direction, priorities, and future features.
Who may eventually participate
The Members’ Voice is intended for verified adult Members in good standing. It is not intended for Visitors browsing the public site, or for Users who do not hold an active Member entitlement.
How feedback and decisions relate
Feedback shared through The Members’ Voice will be actively sought and taken seriously once the feature exists. However, submitting feedback will not create ownership, voting rights, governance control, payment-tier influence, or any guarantee that a particular proposal will be adopted.
During the current founder-led pre-launch phase, operational and product decisions rest with the Founder/CEO. After incorporation, formal governance will follow T.A.E.I.L.’s governing documents, the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, and the applicable responsibilities of its directors and trustees.
The Members’ Voice is distinct from safeguarding reports, formal complaints, privacy requests, and legal notices. Each of those has its own appropriate channel, and none of them should be routed through Member feedback.
What The Members’ Voice is not
- It is not a feedback form, comment box, or idea board that exists today.
- It is not a like button, upvote system, support count, poll, vote, or petition mechanism.
- It is not a governance ballot or a path to ownership, equity, or board control.
- Feedback submitted through any future version of this feature will not be automatically recorded, reviewed, or acted upon simply because it was submitted.
What is not available yet
T.A.E.I.L. is currently in a pre-incorporation, pre-launch build phase. None of the following exist today:
- No feedback form, comment thread, idea board, or suggestion box
- No like button, upvote, poll, vote, or petition tool
- No account or Member-verification system tied to this feature
These systems will remain inactive until full Canadian federal non-profit incorporation and the relevant governance, privacy, and technical review are complete.
